5 WAYS TO BRING IN THE NEW YEAR

As 2015 comes to a close we must prepare for this new year with optimism and positivity. Many use the term “Resolutions” to create change in the new year. Though, the term “Resolution” always seemed a bit oppressive to me. True story: Only about 8% of people reach their New Years Resolution. It seems many people take on New Years Resolutions that aren’t realistic to achieve. Although, if you have a different view on the new year it makes the road to success more obtainable. Let’s bring in the new year with realistic “Goals” that are achievable in our life.

I. GET ORGANIZED

In my opinion, being organized is the most important key to success. Even if your not an organized person you can get organized for the new year by simply cleaning out your closet, getting rid of excess junk in your room, or even going through your phone and deleting old texts, pictures, etc. You can even start by getting a 2016 calendar.

II. LOOK BACK ON WHAT YOU HAVE ACCOMPLISHED

It’s important to credit yourself for how far you’ve come since last year. Many people don’t stop & think about all that they have achieved.

III. CREATE A VISION

Now that you have looked back on that you have accomplished you can now think about what you hope to accomplish in the new year. Think about what you want for your future and ask yourself where do you want to be a year from now?

IIII. PREPARE

With a clear vision for what you hope to achieve in the new year the only way to achieve it is preparing for what is to come. Create a plan for your goals, and stay motivated.

V. LEAVE YOUR PAST IN 2015

Whatever happened in 2015 that set you back make sure you leave it in 2015. It’s important to let go of all negativity, drama, or mistakes in order to move forward with your life. Holding on to the past can incredibly hurt your future.┬áLets do ourselves a favor & begin this new journey with a clear road ahead..
